Fine jewelry is normally very durable; however, over time it can wear, and unintended abuse does occur. We recommend that jewelry be professionally cleaned and checked at least every six months. Maintenance can extend the life of your jewelry and perhaps even prevent the loss of a valuable treasure.

Kent Jewelry performs all types of jewelry repairs on site, from changing watch batteries to complete custom jewelry fabrication. We guarantee our repairs for one year of normal wear. We will tell you how we plan to execute your repair and give you a firm cost estimate. We will also give you a pickup date and call you upon completion of the project. Should any changes in cost or delivery occur, you will be notified before any adjustments are made.

We normally schedule repairs to be complete in 7-8 days. We will do everything we can to meet any deadlines you may have and if you are from out of town we will try to schedule so that you will not have to make a special trip to pick up your item. There are several tasks we can perform on a same day or while you wait basis. Due to scheduling conflicts an additional fee may have to be charged.
