Kent Jewelry is also the area distributor of ELLE Jewelry, Waterford Crystal, Citizen Eco-Drive watches, Howard Miller clocks as well as a cadre of studio artisans and other exclusive gift lines. Kent and his staff are continually in search of talented artists that create unique items to enhance the selection at Kent Jewelry. With roots in the engraving business Kent offers a large selection of corporate gifts and awards, in addition to engravable items for any event or occasion.

Meet The Kent Jewelry Staff
Kent Bagnall - Owner, Jewelry Designer
Kent began this business in 1984 after an eight year career as a Professional Civil Engineer. Kent has served a five year term on the Missouri Jewelers Association Board of Directors. Continuous studies through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Diamonds and Colored Gemstones as well as being a Certified Senior Management Professional through the Jewelers of America keep Kent at the leading edge of the jewelry industry. Having graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla, Kent takes special pride in serving the citizens of South-Central Missouri as well as the students, staff and faculty of the University.
Heather Cavender - General Manager
A lifelong Phelps County Resident, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service from the financial world to Kent Jewelry.
Liz Abdelkamel, G.G. - Gemologist, Sales Manager
A Gemological Institute of America (GIA) graduate, Liz bring a wealth of gem and jewelry knowledge to the staff of Kent Jewelry.
Jonathan Smiddy - Jeweler, Designer
A graduate of Paris Jr. College of Jewelry in Texas, Jonathan is recognized as one of the finest young designers and craftsman in the US. He holds a wall full of design awards from the Kansas Jewelers Association as well as the Jewelers of America.
Dottye Bagnall - Bookkeeper
Dottye keeps the bills paid and Kent in line. An active member of the Phelps County community she keeps active by helping others.
D’Larin Mueller - Engraver
A Junior in Psychology at Missouri S&T, D’Larin handles most of the engraving and keeps us up with the latest trends.
